Early-access terms

LotScout is in invite-only early access. By joining the waitlist or using an account, you agree to these terms.

Information only

LotScout provides information to help you shop for a car. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or lease a vehicle, a price quote, or financial advice. We don't sell or lease cars, and we aren't a dealer or a broker. Any deal you make is between you and the dealer.

Prices and availability can be wrong

Vehicle details, prices, and availability come from third parties. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and a car shown here may already be sold. Always verify the price, availability, and terms with the dealer before you rely on them or make a trip.

No affiliation

LotScout is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any car dealer or manufacturer. Brand and dealer names belong to their owners and are used only to identify vehicles and where they're offered.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Early access means things may change, break, or be unavailable without notice. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that result from relying on information shown here.

Your account

• Your invite is personal. Don't share your account or your invite link.
• Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Use the service for your own car shopping. Don't copy, resell, or republish what you see here, and don't access it with automated tools.

Access can be withdrawn

Invites and accounts are offered at our discretion. We can revoke an invite, or suspend or close an account, at any time, including if these terms aren't followed. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Cost

There is no charge during early access. If that changes, we'll tell you before anything is charged.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change matters, we'll update this page and tell account holders by email.
