Privacy

The short version: we collect the little we need to run the service and to contact you about access. We don't sell it.

What we collect

• Waitlist details. Your email address and, if you choose to add one, your note about what you're shopping for.
• Account details. If you accept an invite: your name, email address, and a password. The password is stored in scrambled (hashed) form; we can't read it.
• What you save. Cars you add to your watchlist, notes, and saved searches.
• Basic logs. Standard technical records such as IP address, browser type, sign-in times, and pages requested, kept to run the service securely and prevent abuse.
• App activity. When you are signed in we also keep a log of the searches you run in the app (the filters you choose, the car pages and comparisons you open, and the time) and the time your session was last active. The site owner can see this to understand how the app is used. Search entries are deleted after 90 days.

How we use it

• To run the service and keep your account secure.
• To contact you about access: your invite, and important changes to the service or your account.

We don't use it for advertising, and we don't send marketing email.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't share it with car dealers, manufacturers, or advertisers.
• We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your information is held by the hosting provider that runs our server, on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against misuse. That's all.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until you ask to be removed, including after you're invited. Account details are kept while your account is open. Web server logs are kept for about 30 days, sign-in records for about 90 days, and backups for about 30 days; after that they are deleted.

Deleting your information

Email ram.nov@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your waitlist entry or your account. We'll remove it and confirm. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for a correction.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and tell account holders by email.
